Our faculty's Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department's Manual Therapy Laboratory is a comprehensive education and research area that enables students to learn manual therapy techniques practically. Manual therapy is an approach aimed at treating musculoskeletal disorders using special techniques applied by hand, and this laboratory aims to equip students with competence in this field.
The laboratory is equipped with modern equipment and simulation tools necessary for learning manual therapy methods such as manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue techniques, massage, and stretching. Under the supervision of professional instructors, students practice these techniques one-on-one, specializing in manual intervention methods used in the treatment of the spine, joints, and soft tissues.
The Manual Therapy Laboratory provides students with the ability to evaluate, analyze, and select and apply appropriate manual therapy techniques for cases they may encounter in a clinical setting.
